2. Use of Services - Tea Purchase and Refund Program

• Account Creation: To participate in our program, you must create an account on www.sureitt.com. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and ensuring the security of your account credentials.
• Monthly Purchase Requirements: You agree to purchase a minimum of 250 grams of tea each month from authorized retail locations to maintain eligibility for the refund program.
• QR Code Scanning: You must scan the QR code on each purchased tea packet through your account to register your purchase. Once the QR code is scanned, or if the cover of the tea packet has been broken or the QR code has been removed, the product is not returnable to the shop or to Sureitt India.
• Refund Program (Birth or Death Plan): You agree to follow the specific guidelines and provide necessary documentation for refund claims under the Birth or Death Plan.
• Account Reset: You understand that failure to meet the monthly purchase requirements will result in your purchase accumulation being reset to zero.
• Customer Rule regarding Retailers: The shop from which you purchase our tea is merely a medium for the sale of our product. You agree not to seek refunds from the retail shop. The retail shop is not obligated to provide refunds on behalf of Sureitt India. Violation of this rule may result in the termination of your account by Sureitt India.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that:
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of www.sureitt.com or its services.
  • Transmit or post any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including manipulating QR codes or purchase records.
  • Harass or stalk other users of www.sureitt.com.

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to our website and services are protected by applicable laws.
